Tour Plan
Day 1 : Fes - Ifrane - Midlte - Erfoud - Sahara Desert
The pick up will be from you Hotel/Riad in Fes at 07:00 Am. We travel to ‘Merzouga’ where the dunes of ‘Erg Chebbi’ are. On the Way to Merzouga, we will pass many small town and beautiful Mountains landscapes on the way: A visit to ‘Ifran’, the charming sky resort, and Cider forest to see the monkeys. Atfer Lunch break in Errachidia; we drive crossing ‘Ziz Valley’ (a big oasis of palm threes), where we will stop along the way for enjoy amazing views there. We get to Merzouga in the afternoon. We take a break for an hour in pleasant hotel for gets yourselves ready for the camel trek. Just two hours before sunset we ride camels for one hour and half to watch the amazing sunset over sand dunes and we stop for the night at a nomad camp where we will have dinner, and then the nomads will play Berber music for us around the campfire. Then we can enjoy the majestic sky.
Day 2 : Sahara Desert - Toudra Valley - Dades Valley
We awake early to watch wonderful sunrise and have breakfast at the camp, then we ride camel back to the hotel in Merzouga to meet our guide and driver; we get ready to travel to visit Todgha valley and its gorges, crossing ‘Rissani’ and Erfoud, (the city of fossils). We arrive to Dades Gorges around five o’clock PM to visit the gorges. Afterwards, we stop for the night in a delightful hotel near to the gorges.
Day 3 : Roses Valley - Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Atlas Mountains - Marrakech
Departure will be at 9:00 am after breakfast, we drive towards the Roses valley and the Road of the Kasbahs, a visit to the city Ouarzazat and its famous Glaoui Kasbah “Taourirt”. From Ouarzazat we travel to ‘Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah’ a 16th century fortified village and a UNESCO world heritage site. Many big movies have been shot here, (Gladiator, Laurence of Arabia, The Mummy, and Prince of Persia…). We visit the fortress and we get for lunch.
After lunch we take to way to Marrakech crossing the high Atlas Mountains via the pass “Tizi N Tichka”, we arrive to Marrakech in the evening.
